These terms govern your use of DonePoints. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Using DonePoints

You may use DonePoints for personal and household organisation. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, keeping your account secure and ensuring that content you add or share is lawful and appropriate.

Shared Circles

Content within a Circle may be visible to its authorised members. Only invite people you trust. Points, insights and rewards are organisational tools and should not be treated as objective measures of a person’s worth, contribution or wellbeing.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation, upload harmful content or use DonePoints to harass, monitor or unfairly pressure another person.

Availability

We work to keep DonePoints reliable, but the service may occasionally be interrupted or changed. Features may evolve during testing. You should not rely on DonePoints as the sole record for urgent, medical, legal or safety-critical responsibilities.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant DonePoints the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content to provide the service to you and authorised Circle members.

Account termination

You may stop using DonePoints or delete your account at any time from the app. We may restrict accounts that materially breach these terms or threaten the service or other users.

Disclaimers and liability

DonePoints is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as DonePoints develops. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website.
